I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP. First off the customer service is terrible. I'm guessing because I am a female they thought they could talk me into buying unnecessary parts (they stopped when they realized I knew exactly what they were trying to do). Their parts are also overpriced as is the service. The only reason I had gone to this dealership was because my dealership did not have any openings and I needed an oil change right away. They brought multiple parts to me and said I HAD to replace them. Yes, the oil change was pretty fast and I had made an appointment with them again for a check up on another part of my vehicle that was faulty because I thought it would be easier to just come back to this dealership instead of commuting several miles. I was wrong. So very wrong. I paid the oil change/service charge and went on my way. The next day whilst in my vehicle it started jerking left and right, revving the engine at unnecessary times and smelt horrible. I pulled over and checked under the hood. There was Oil everywhere. I cannot describe how infuriated I was. The check engine light went off and I prayed that my vehicle would make it to my dealership so they could take a look at it. I forgot to mention this had happened on a Sunday, which meant that every repair shop had been closed. I did make it to my dealer though. He did apologize about the inconvenience of no staff on duty but told me I should leave it at the dealership, obviously because I did not want to damage my vehicle's engine more, and stated that he would have his staff look at it in the morning for further diagnosis. Before I left the dealership, already stressing out about my vehicle since I commute daily to work, the manager said there was a repair tech who happened to be in the building at the time and was more than happy to check the issue. His diagnosis was that the oil had been overfilled and was leaking everywhere which more than likely caused the engine to bust a cylinder. I was lucky that all of the cylinders didn't bust through the hood when I was driving to the dealership. I was left without a vehicle for 3 days. I work graveyard shifts and was without a vehicle so I could not go to the dealership to express my total distrust in both the items purchased and the service provided but I will contact them soon. From what I've read in these Rate and Review posts, they will more than likely not give me a refund but being that they almost totally destroyed my vehicle's engine we shall see. I WOULD NOT recommend this dealership to anyone and I will NEVER be returning for any type of service.
I bought a brand new truck from Desert Sun Espanola 3 years ago. The sales department was great. I only change my oil twice a year and don't care for the service department staff. They are usually in a hurry and don't treat you right. They claimed to have done a recall and did not do it but put in the computer they repaired it. I only go to them for convenience but I do not recommend the service Department.

Salesmen have always been able to answer all of our questions. The lot is small and hard to get in and out.
